Water leaks from hose connection on outside of rv when pump is on.

This is on the outlet side of the pump so it has pressure from the city water causing the leak.

Removed the pump and cleaned the socket the quick connect plugs into still leaks.
Before you assume it s the flange and pull the toilet up make sure the hose connections to the water valves are tight.
When i bought the rv it came with a cheapo blue plastic adapter to connect my drinking water hose to the city water connection.

I installed a valve so i can shut off the water going to the quick connect.
That said high water pressure is likely to cause other leaks throughout your water system especially if it was strong enough to cause a leak from your inlet.
If your rv toilet only leaks when the bowl is full inspect the toilet for cracks.
It could be a bad fitting bad connection cracked water line crack in the hot water tank water valve on rear of toilet leaking etc.
That s because the water lines in most rvs are plastic pex pipe.
Open all cabinets in the area check under the sink and behind the toilet.
Check to make sure the connection of the water inlet valve is tight.
It s also possible that the leak is coming from the water hose connections behind the toilet.
It leaks when the bowl is full.

Choosing a toilet can be a complex process.
If turning the water down makes the leaking stop and still allows for adequate water pressure inside the rv this was likely your problem and turning the pressure down is a great temporary solution.
There comes a time when a new rv toilet is essential.

Iffffff as i read your post the problem is when your rv s 12 vdc fresh water pump runs you get leakage out the city water fill the check valve designed to allow city water in but not allow the pump to force fresh water back out isn t sealing and leaking.
